Finding the perfect spot
At sweetFrog we understand that finding the right location for your new business is one of the most important steps in your journey. Our site review and real education process is designed to assist you through this critical stage.
Upon execution of your sweetFrog franchise agreement, you will be contacted by our Director of Real Estate. During this initial Real Estate Education call our experienced team will answer any questions you may have as you begin exploring potential sites in your market. At the end of your 15-20 minute introduction call, we will schedule a market visit (usually 2-4 weeks later). In the meantime, between the original Real Estate Education Call and the Market Visit, our team will introduce you to our local preferred commercial real estate brokerage group, who will assist you in identifying opportunities in your area.
The teams goal is to help you narrow your selection down to 2-3 great options to review and consider for your sweetFrog store. During your market visit, our team will visit and review each location with you to further help you vet your options. We have a detailed site review process to ensure your potential sweetFrog site meets our brand standards and industry criteria.
With the help and support of your real estate broker and Kahala’s Real Estate Team, you will be able to submit a site packet to the sweetFrog review team. Upon authorization of your preferred site, our team will send out the notice that you may proceed to begin the lease process and eventually enter into the construction phase.
