The first step to becoming a sweetFrog franchise owner is reaching out to our team for all of the information you need to make your franchising decision. Simply fill out the form at sweetfrogfranchising.com and send it our way.
Speak with sweetFrog
Once we receive your initial inquiry form, we will contact you and schedule a call. During this call you will be able to ask our lead qualifier any questions you might have about the opportunity, including information about training and the application progress. From there, they will introduce you to your sweetFrog franchise consultant who will be by your side throughout the franchising process.
Receive and Review FDD
Your franchise consultant will help you review the latest sweetFrog Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). This document details every aspect of the sweetFrog franchise model including costs and fees, terms of the franchise agreement and more.
Ask Support Team Members Questions
Next, you’ll get to speak with different members of the sweetFrog support and operational teams. Between these conversations, you will find out all of the information you will need to open up your own sweetFrog shop or mobile unit. You’ll have the opportunity to also ask existing Froggers questions and garner some of their insight.
Receive and Sign Franchise Agreement
Once you have all of your questions answered and are financially prepared, we will send you a franchise agreement. Once you sign it, you will officially be a Frogger.
Site Selection
With the help of your franchise consultant, you will fill out and complete a site authorization packet. This process will help you seriously consider sites for your sweetFrog and it will help our franchise development team properly review the proposed shop location, along with construction, operations and support team members. Once this document has been reviewed, you will receive an authorization letter that will allow you to move forward with the construction and/or leasing process for your soon-to-be sweetFrog.
Frogger Training
Our training process will welcome you to the sweetLife. You’ll gain an understanding of all things sweetFrog, including the values that guide us, our primary audience and our passion for innovation. Training will include a trip to the Kahala Brands headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, where you will learn from quick service pros on operations, management and community engagement.
Store Build Out
As you go through the training process, your store will start the transformation process from a typical storefront to a magical sweetFrog shop. This is often one of the lengthier parts of the franchising process.
Grand Opening
Once your store is completely done, it’s time to open your shop for your friends, neighbors and everyone else who will adore your sweetFrog — all with the help off Scoop and Cookie, of course! You only get one chance to make a great first impression, so it’s important to plan a robust Grand Opening event with the help of the marketing team.
