After verifying your financial qualifications, we move to the next phase: speaking with current sweetFrog franchise owners about their experience. We highly encourage you to discuss with them all aspects of the business, including marketing, finances, sales volumes, operations, and any remaining questions you might have.
Initial Onboarding
Once you sign the franchise agreement and have paid the Initial Franchise Fee, you are a part of the sweetFrog franchise family! You will have access to the entire team and our resources. We get started right away with our comprehensive training program. Our extensive course will coach you on every aspect of sweetFrog’s proven business model.
Our franchise support continues with you through your journey as a franchise owner, including an assigned franchise business consultant, who will periodically visit your franchise for on-site consultation and quality assurance evaluations. You’ll also have your own sweetFrog marketing representative to help you plan and manage your grand opening, promotional materials, and ongoing marketing campaigns, so everyone in your community knows where to go for their frozen yogurt fix.
